今天是3.15， 我将在此全程公布投诉福汇全过程。FXCM逃避监管，诱导客户到英国等地，然后进行欺诈。事情暴露后，没有告知事实真相，却想用4万美元摆平他们的干扰客户交易的伎俩.遭到了我的拒绝，没有尊严做外汇还有什么意思，不查清事实，公开道歉，就得加倍赔偿。希望有在福汇合法权益受到侵害的汇友联系我，让我们一起共同保护自己的合法权利！！让交易商认识到，国内的交易者并不是他们想象的那么容易糊弄和摆平的！！！
2009年5月期间，福汇亚洲的客服打电话给我，告诉我美国账户将有新规则，不能限价止损，要继续限价止损，只需简单的填写张表格。将账户转移到英国，许多美国账户的客户都转移到了英国，并承诺英国账户给我更低的点差。我按客服的要求填写转移账户的申请。

使用FXCM active trader平台后，发觉交易平台问题不断。不断的出现登陆困难，延迟成交，平仓困难，重复成交等问题。投诉给客服，客服经常以交易平台正常，是我的网络问题推卸责任。多次出现这样的情况后，我在出现问题的同时登陆CNN等国外网站，结果显示非常流畅。 更为严重的是，受到欺诈。交易平台居然能够多次在我保证金还足够，同时我自己在减仓以维持保证金的情况下，强行全部平仓。现在公布投诉全过程：

2010-01-28 17:57 (星期四) 福汇回复： 关于你的单据号码6491682, 6491686, 6491690, 6491684, 6491880, 6491701, 6491702, 卖出GBP/JPY一共890k. 因为你当时怀疑被强制平仓但是帐户有足够的保证金的事件已经三天, 经过福汇管理部门的决定. 福汇会把你当时的亏损调整到你的帐户. 调整金额1634.42美金. 而且, 经过深入研究候,你的仓为在一两分钟之后都会被强制平仓.

在一两分钟内被强制平仓？恐吓？既然已经把损失还给你了，LZ你为什么不赶紧换个平台？

我拒绝接受。1月29日，回复给福汇的邮件： 谢谢您的回复。 我不能接受你们的这种处理结果。 1，在投诉完这些单子的第二天，我对前一日的单据做了详细的核查，发觉前面一次的1300K的单据同样出现这样的情况后，也向info的邮箱做了投诉。但对此投诉福汇至今没有任何回复。 2，我的要求是需要给我解释为什么在我保证金还足够的情况下2次强平我的单子，这种的强平的依据在哪里？请问，能用预见过几分钟我的单子自然会被强平来解释吗？这种解释是否可以认为福汇的交易平台已经预见了未来可能发生的情况而随意的强平客户的单据？而这种强平是不需要有任何依据的？这种号称无交易员的平台如此解释是否牵强可笑？我有权利知道我的两次单据被强平的真实情况。请明确告知！ 3，我不接受这个处理结果，并将通过正常的投诉渠道先向贵公司客服及法务部投诉！！ ------福汇在我不接受赔偿的情况下将第一次强平的赔偿款直接打入我的账上。并且对我后面投诉的内容没有任何解释和回复。

建议直接到英国的监管机构投诉它，或者在国外的外汇论坛上公开，这样影响更大. FXCM给我的印象越来越差....
