Nifty 50指数下跌0.3%,至24300点以下,主要受科技板块暴跌(-2.8%)的影响,其中tech Mahindra(-3.0%)领跌,其次是HCL tech(-2.7%)、TCS(-2.5%)、Infosys(-2.3%)和Wipro(-1.7%)。
The BSE Sensex fell 305 points, or 0.4%, to 79,637 in early trading on Thursday, marking its second consecutive session of losses, primarily due to declines in financial and tech stocks. Disappointing earnings results and continued foreign outflows weighed on sentiment amid a lack of new catalysts. The index tracked Wall Street's overnight drop as traders awaited earnings from Big Tech amid a moderated Q3 economy. Profit-taking by traders ahead of the Diwali festival also added pressure, while markets will close on Friday. However, fresh data from China, India’s top trading partner, limited the decline as factory activity in China grew for the first time in six months, driven by robust output growth supported by stimulus measures. The Nifty 50 dropped 0.3% to below 24,300, mainly impacted by a slump in the tech sector (-2.8%), led by Tech Mahindra (-3.0%), followed by HCL Tech (-2.7%), TCS (-2.5%), Infosys (-2.3%), and Wipro (-1.7%).
